My wedding cakes are handmade to your exact requirements, taking into consideration your personal choice of colour scheme, number of guests and decoration. I always use high-quality natural ingredients from the best suppliers.

I’ve spent many years perfecting my skills with fondant and sugar flowers, with incredible detail and skill put into each and every creation. It’s these details that really make your Wedding Cake a centrepiece!

Things for you to consider when planning for your perfect Wedding Cake

• The date of reception – bear in mind the busiest times of the year (May – September)
• The design/style – e.g. fondant iced, buttercream, semi-naked etc
• The size of the cake – how many guests to cater for – view portion/price information here

Delivery & Set Up

I deliver and set up Wedding Cakes & Sweet Treats across Hertfordshire, Essex, London & Cambridgeshire. We will agree the timings in advance so that I can plan ahead and ensure I have enough time to get the cake to the venue and carefully set it up – especially where there are sugar flowers and other intricate decorations.

If you are further afield from any of the areas above then please note I have been known to make a little holiday out of a delivery/set-up, so please get in touch to see if I can help.

I personally deliver and set up each cake to ease your mind; there is one less thing for you to worry about on your special day!

Sample Boxes

Posted sample boxes are available for a fee of £30 to include 4 flavours, with very generous portions & two iced biscuits! This cost is taken off the total of your wedding cake for orders over £400. Order your sample box here.

Order Process & Booking

Start your wedding cake journey by contacting me either by phone, email or enquiry form.

We will start with a conversation about the date required, number of guests (to determine size of cake and/or cutting cakes), your overall cake design requirements & venue information. After this has all been discussed and the date is available, I will provide a quotation.

At this point, you can order samples (if you haven’t already) to decide on flavours, and it is possible to secure the date with a deposit.

We don’t need to agree on all the details of the cake at this stage of booking; as long as your date is secured in my diary, we can then discuss this no later than 3-6 months before it is needed.
